She is the most outstanding realtor I've ever met in 40 years of buying real estate. She really listens to her clients' needs and makes sure you get what you want. When we were buying, we asked for a corner lot under a certain price in a specific zip code, and she delivered. When we sold our house, she negotiated every detail we wanted 100% to our benefit. Her photographer's skills made our home look like a palace for the listing.
Kristi has got to be the hardest working real estate agent around. She recently helped us sell my mother in laws condo. On the market for 2 days and sold for $8k over asking. She helped us get top dollar with a very unique buyer. Then her real work started with the purchase of the new home with a very difficult seller and sellers agent. I don't think we would have been able to actually make the purchase happen without Kristi's perseverance and diligence in dealing with the seller and his agent.
