Kristi has got to be the hardest working real estate agent around. She recently helped us sell my mother in laws condo. On the market for 2 days and sold for $8k over asking. She helped us get top dollar with a very unique buyer. Then her real work started with the purchase of the new home with a very difficult seller and sellers agent. I don't think we would have been able to actually make the purchase happen without Kristi's perseverance and diligence in dealing with the seller and his agent. I highly recommend Kristi to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Las Vegas area.
It's tax time and so I am reviewing the documents and emails from the sale of our house this year. As I read the emails from Kristi to get this sale done I am reminded of what a great agent she is.
